Injection moulding is a mass manufacturing process that allows for plastic parts to be produced rapidly in large volumes.

Our injection moulding process can accommodate various design complexities and material requirements. From prototypes to large-scale production, we deliver components that meet the rigorous demands of diverse industries and applications.

The ENGEL e-victory 160T is a tie-bar-less clamping unit that has high platen parallelism and even clamping force distribution of 1600KN. With a platen size of 850mm x 750mm and a maximum distance of 900mm between platens, it’s perfect for producing precision parts on multi-cavity moulds. The tie-bar-less design also allows for rapid mould changes and easy integration of automation.

The servo-electric drivers in the ENGEL injection unit combine the benefits of both electric and hydraulic drives for more accurate movements and higher reproducibility. We have paired our e-victory with a powerful Viper 12 linear robot that can be adapted to the operation to streamline the automation process.
