The SMD towers play a crucial role in the monitoring and control of humidity and temperature for optimal handling of high-rated MSL components. We also utilize a SMT oven for reliable soldering.
Our comprehensive quality inspection starts with the AOI machine from Viscom – a renowned provider of assembly inspection solutions, followed by our Nordson DAGE X-RAY. Combined with our IPC certified team who utilize manual rework stations for meticulous touch-ups, we deliver the highest standards in PCB population.
